Dr Tim Dwyer is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine and arthroscopy, performing surgery of the hip, knee and shoulder. Based at Women’s College and Mt Sinai Hospital, Dr Dwyer performs high volume ACL reconstruction, hip arthroscopy, rotator cuff repair, and operations for shoulder dislocation.
Dr Dwyer is an Associate Professor at the University of Toronto, responsible for training orthopedic fellows and residents in arthroscopy and sports medicine. Dr Dwyer is also active in research with over 100 publications in the fields of ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff repair, shoulder stabilization, and hip arthroscopy.
